Wonderboy and Mr. Perfect

Chapter 10

This chapter is told from our favorite Wonderboy's POV: Fitz Vacker!

I glance over at Dex and am surprised to see he's crying. "Hey," I say in a soft voice. "What's wrong? Shouldn't this be happy?"

He smiles at me. "They aren't sad tears. They are happy tears." He gives a little laugh and wipes his face. "I've just dreamed of this moment for a long time and now it's finally happening."

It's been 14 years since we started dating and today we're moving into our new house, Blossom-Heath. It has cherry blossoms everywhere on the property and the house is big and open with huge windows to let light in. We've been married for a little over ten months but we had to wait for the gnomes to build our house before we could move in. 

Right now we're standing outside, looking at our new home. I smirk, "Well, Mr. Perfect. Now that all your dreams are coming true how about we go inside."

He smirks back at me and says, "why not." He hold out his hand as an invitation. I grab hold of him and don't let go as we walk into our new lives. We've had our fair share of scars and hardships but those are behind us. We can only look forward as we live in peace and happiness.
