You smiled and put your hands on your hips and you finish up on the very last of the decorations.
Today was Christmas eve, and You had pretty much everything done, but you had had the feeling you were forgetting something, or rather...someone. Now who? That's it! (C/n)! You have a wide smile as you thought to yourself how he/she has really welcomed you to Springfield, made you feel accepted and overall been a great friend to you.

You decided to go over to his/her place tonight to drop off your presents and stuff for him/her.

As you got to his/her place, you were happy to see he/she was alone and he/she was happy too. You were kinda nervous though, because you decided you probably should confess your crush right now, well, not RIGHT now.
"(y/n)! It's so good to see you!" He/ she greeted you warmly. "Come in please!"
" Oh, (c/n), here's your presents from me! Don't open them till Christmas though" he/she laughed at this before saying, "hey, so you want some hot chocolate? Sit down and I'll get you some!"

you sat down on a comfortable seat and waited, eventually (c/n) came back in and say down beside you. "Your hot chocolate" " thanks" you looked at (c/n). You thought about how you admired him/her and how cute and amazing you thought he/she was and just how much you wanted to thank him/her.

"Listen, (c/n)" you started . "I just wanted to say thank you for everything you've ever did for me when you were there for me and what a friend you've been to me" he/she looked at you with curiosity before replying, "well, thank you. You're a great person" you blushed slightly but tried not to show it. "Anyways, I just really appreciate and just love you and..." You stopped as you just realised he/she was holding a piece of mistletoe above you.

You smiled awkwardly before as you prepared for the moment you've been waiting for for so long. When you kissed it felt amazing. Like nothing else mattered. When you both slowly pulled away, you said, "I guess that's what I was trying to say!"
