It's been a year since I didn't get my Hogwarts acceptance letter. Mum says there's still a chance, but I doubt it. I've been put in a reformatory school for young witches and wizards. Father thinks I didn't get into Hogwarts because of my misbehavior. What misbehavior? You may ask, and even I don't know the answer to that one... I've been locked in my room since I was 3.
But life goes on... i guess. I get to see Draco later for our birthday dinner. I haven't seen him since he left for Hogwarts. My classmates like to call it Hogwash, it makes them feel better about not being accepted I guess. Father's quite angry today because a letter came for me from Ilvermorny, I guess they want me to attend their school. Father says I can't go but my mum says she'll try her best to convince him.
I think anywhere would be better than the reformatory school I'm in. There's no house elves so it's very dirty and the food is just terrible but the teachers are worse. They barely teach and when they do they have this boring monotone voice, which makes everyone fall asleep. Now a nap in class sound nice, right? WRONG!! Because if you fall asleep you get hit with a ruler... multiple times.
I can't go back there, so here's to hoping father will let me go to Ilvermorny, or I'll get accepted to Hogwarts.

Well no Hogwarts acceptance letter, and no Ilvermorny. My father has already told them that I will not be attending. I got a gift from My mother at dinner though. It is a silver locket, it has a picture of our family in it. Of course I'm not in it... Father never let's me in the family pictures. It's just my father, mother, and Draco.
Dobby also gave me a gift, a pumpkin pasty from Hogwarts. It was delicious! He also told me he will try to bring me snacks each week. At least I have that. I won't be bringing my diary to school or else someone will go through it... See you next year
