Chapter 11, Jealousy

Jesse was the first to wake up in the morning. She cuddled up against Romeo. She really liked being close to him. It made her happy. It would calm here down. It was comfortable. She needed him. She doesn't want to be without him. Ever.
Romeo wakes up and looks at Jesse next to him. "Good morning." He said and smiled.
Jesse smiled as well. "Good morning Romeo. What do you want to do today?" She asked.
Romeo thought for a moment. "Hm, well I did have a deal with Stella so I should go see her in her city if you'd like to join me." Romeo says.
Jesse looked away at the mention of Stella. "No I wouldn't want to intrude or anything." Jesse crosses her arms.
Romeo raised an eyebrow. "What's the matter Jesse?..wait wait wait, are you JEALOUS!?" He started to laugh.
Jesse got flustered. "N-NO I'M NOT JEALOUS!" She was infact jealous.
Romeo kept laughing, which only embarrassed Jesse more. "J-Jesse-" he tries to get a word in through his laughter but much like Jesse in chapter 1 he was having difficulty. Romeo did manage to calm down of course.
Jesse was silently crying. She felt dumb.
Romeo noticed that and he pulled her close to him still laughing a bit. Romeo wrapped his arms around Jesse. "Jesse, you don't need to be jealous. Stella is absolutely nothing compared to you. As a matter of fact, I don't really like her that much. I don't really like her at all. I only like you Jesse. Infact as you know, I love you." Romeo smiled, still finding it ridiculous that Jesse was jealous of Stella of all people.
Jesse looked up at Romeo who proceeded to wipe the tears off her face.
"Ok, I guess I will come with you. Just to make sure Stella doesn't try anything." Jesse said and crossed her arms.
Romeo gave her a kiss on the cheek finding her jealousy absolutely adorable. He grabbed her hand and teleported them to the entrance of champion city.
Jesse glared at Stella's city. Romeo floated down to the ground, his feet not touching the ground but just barely hovering above it. Jesse went behind Romeo, which confused him but he didn't really care.
Stella saw Romeo appear in front of her city and ran out to greet him. "Hello Mr. Admin! I'm so happy that you're here! I uh need some help with something if you don't mind." Stella said and smiled at Romeo.
Romeo's eyes darted to the side. "Yes yes hello Stella. I hope you don't mind but I brought Jesse." Romeo said and Jesse came out from behind him and waved.
"Hello Stella, so great to see you again! Been awhile, hasn't it?" Jesse gave Stella a smile, a forced smile, she wasn't very fond of Stella, though that should be pretty obvious.
Stella was clearly surprised to see Jesse. "Oh, hello Jesse, I didn't expect to see you. Are you friends with Mr. Admin as well? Honestly it's suprising you'd choose him instead of your friends. Not what I expected from you." Stella said.
Jesse was a bit angry but Romeo decided to say something. "Not just that, she killed them! It was brutal and such a delight to see!" Romeo grinned, a very sinister grin.
Stella was taken a back and admittedly a bit fearful. "Oh...wow you really...huh. Well I suppose I don't blame you. Mr. Admin is much better then they were anyways. So powerful, great, not to mention his very good looks." Stella told Jesse with a smirk.
"Haha yes I am pretty great aren't I?" Romeo said completely brushing off the fact that Stella was trying to flirt with him.
Jesse on the other hand, couldn't just brush that comment off. She clenched her fists, she wanted to hurt Stella badly. Jesse wasn't aware she was a jealous person, she never had been before. Though maybe this was just different.
Romeo looked over at Jesse. "Well Jesse, me and Stella need to discuss some things, you can do whatever you'd like. And remember if you need me just say my name and I'll be there to help!" Romeo smiled at Jesse and went into the city with Stella.
Jesse was furious. She reached into her pocket and took out a potion of invisibility, then followed the two after drinking it.
Romeo and Stella went to the back of one of the buildings to talk, which for some reason Stella suggested. Romeo kept looking around. It was strange. Stella began talking to Romeo.
"So Mr. Admin, why exactly are you hanging out with Jesse? Any reason in particular or is it some sort of joke to you? I just must know why." Stella asked.
Romeo raised an eyebrow. "A joke? That isn't at all what it is. Frankly, I really like Jesse. She's great and what she did to her friends, absolutely amazing!" Romeo said.
Stella nodded. "Yes that is true. Still can't believe Jesse did something such as that. I never could have expected that."
"Neither could I Stella, I'm happy none the less. Very happy infact." Romeo said to Stella.
Stella looked around to see if anybody was around. Nobody was, well atleast not that she could see as Jesse is watching in secret while invisible. She looked back up at Romeo. "You know Mr. Admin...I get that Jesse is great and all but..." She looked to the side. "...all I'm saying is you don't need to hang out with her...I'm so much better you know." Stella pushed Romeo into the wall of one of the buildings. "Infact Mr. Admin...I can offer you love." Stella said, which by the way EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW GO AWAY YOU AIN'T JESSE BISH!
Jesse who was watching was fuming but also nervous on how Romeo would react, thinking that he might accept Stella's offer, poor Jesse.
Romeo was shocked and extremely uncomfortable. "Oh I...um...I'm flattered but I already have eyes for someone else...you just...your hair looks like spoiled milk and, I'm not too into that..." Romeo quickly teleported away.
Stella frowned.
Jesse's potion effect wore off and she ran to Stella and tackled her to the ground, pinning her there. "Stella...stay away from Romeo. Stay away or I make your life a living HELL." Jesse stated, her eyes flickered a different color for a moment.
Stella was scared. "Mr. Admin...his name is Romeo...uh why should I stay away!?" Stella asked, not willing to give in that easily.
Jesse grabbed her arms and crushed them with inhuman strength. "Romeo...Romeo is MINE. We are together. He likes ME. Leave him alone. LEAVE HIM ALONE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!" Jesse yelled and got up, stepping on Stella's legs and walking out of the city leaving Stella there petrified in complete shock and fear for her life. Once reaching the exit her feet lifted from the ground slightly before dropping back down which Jesse had not noticed. Romeo then appeared infront of Jesse.
"Jesse you will not believe what just happened! Honestly I think I'm going to be sick! I might destroy her town later I'm just deeply disturbed!" Romeo shivered.
Jesse looked up at Romeo. "I know...I was watching." Jesse said, she was clearly mad.
Romeo was shocked to know that but was also fine with not having to explain what had just happened. He brought Jesse into the air with him and hugged her. "I understand why you were so jealous now! That girl...ugh I don't like her! That was absolutely disgusting! Stella is just so disgusting and is nothing at all compared to me or you. Frankly I wish that hadn't happened." Romeo was uncomfortable.
Jesse kissed Romeo. She wanted to help him feel better and frankly, she really just liked to kiss him.
That did immediately calm Romeo down and he kissed her back. Once again they had gotten carried away and started to make out once again.
After they finished Romeo pulled away and looked at Jesse. He smirked at her. "We should do that more often~" Romeo chuckled.
Jesse blushed but smiled and nodded in agreement. "We should...it just feels right, and it calmed you down." Jesse smirked as well to which Romeo rolled his eyes. He didn't deny it though. It was true after all. He really did love her a lot. Jesse loved him too. They were soulmates, there was no doubt about it. They were made for eachother. They were happy together.
