Chapter 6

Yami's POV

"Oh shush you big old senior college student." Yugi laughed as he bumped into his older brother. We all sat down and started talking, but I wasn't really focused on the conversation, I was more focused on thinking about everything I liked about Yugi. Yes I like Yugi. I finally managed to see that, I'm just not sure if I'm ready to tell everyone.
As the bell for second period rang, Heba had managed to settle himself into our group almost perfectly.
"Heba, why do you have to be an old fart?" Yugi wined to his brother. (A/N My friends you shall thank me XD)
Heba just chuckled. "I'm not an old fart!"
"Yes you are, you old fart." Yugi giggled and then pouted. "But why do you have to be in the senior college, that just means that you can't hang out with us very often."
Heba just chuckled again and started to walk away. "By Yugi."
Yugi giggled again. "Bye... Old fart!" Then he let out a squeal and ran off towards our next class, Joey running after him and pulling Seto along behind him.
"Oh god, Yugi's giggle was so cute." I thought.
"What did you say Yami?" Atem asked me, a slight smirk on his face. Crap, maybe I didn't think it.
"Uh.. Um.. N-nothing..." I stuttered, looking away and using my bangs to cover the blush that rose to my face.
"Are you sure? I could have sworn I heard a 'Oh my god, Yugi's giggle was so cute'." He said sarcastically, changing his voice slightly to mimic me, even though our voices are exactly the same anyway.
"Uh..."
"Is there anything you would like to tell me Yami?" He smirked, raising an eyebrow.
"Fine! I... I like... Yugi. I like Yugi. Okay? Just please, don't tell him."
"Ha! I knew it!" He yelled, fist pumping the air.
"But don't think I couldn't tell that you like Heba." This time it was my turn to smirk as I watched his face turn bright red.
"Yeah... I-I like Heba... So? He's not gay..." Atem's face fell, all of a sudden going from embarrassed to heart broken.
"Atem, you don't know that. The only way you'll know for sure is if you ask!"
"I... I can't... I'm... To embarrassed... That he'll reject me..." Atem said, his face falling even more. I just sighed.
"Whatever you say Atem..." Suddenly Yugi came running back up to us, grabbed my hand and started pulling me back along with him.
"Come on slow pokes! You're gonna be late!" He giggled that adorable giggle of his again.
"What has you so excited Aibou?" I chuckled.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Yugi said still giggling and bouncing around.
I smiled down at him. "You just seem to have more energy than usual Yugi."
"Awe!" He pouted. "No nickname?"
I just chuckled again. "Sorry Aibou."
"Much better." He grinned at me.
"Now tell me, why are you so excited?"
"No reason, just that Grandpa said you could come stay the night at my place! Atem too!" His face fell a little, and he suddenly stopped bouncing and looked at the ground, fidgeting with his fingers. "That is, if you want to. You don't have to if you dont want to."
"Oh Aibou." I put two fingers under his chin to lift his head up so he would look at me. "I would love to. And even if Atem didn't, I would drag him along." I added with a laugh.
"I'm right here you know. And I would love to come over Yugi." Atem said, coming up behind me. Yugi's face lit up again.
"Ok! Race you to the locker room!"
Atem groaned. "We have sport today?"
"Yup! Now lets go! You're gonna make me late! Oh and by the way, Joey may or may not have just given me sugar." Yugi said with an evil grin, before grabbing my hand and bolting off towards the locker rooms, leaving Atem to try and catch up with us.

Atem's POV

Yugi was literally a ball of energy during P.E. He has bouncing around the gym the entire time! I'm so going to kill Joey for giving him sugar. The bell's just about to ring for the end of the day and I'm pretty sure Yugi is actually vibrating with anticipation. It's quite scary. (A/N I skipped second lunch and fourth period btw)
"Yami." I heard Yugi whisper from beside me.
"Yes Aibou."
"Can we leave yet?"
"Not yet Aibou." Yami whispered back. Yugi turned around to look at me.
"Atem."
I sighed. "Yes Yugi."
"Can we leave yet?"
"Not yet-" Just then the bell rung.
"YES!!!" He yelled, jumping up from his seat and running out of the room. The class and Seto gathered up their books and headed out of the room to their lockers, Yami running to catch Yugi before he could hurt himself. Before Joey could get anywhere I grabbed the back of his collar and dragged him back to his seat and pushed him down into it.
"What the hell did you give him to eat Joey?!" I shouted.
"I just gave him a piece of chocolate! That's all I gave him to eat! I didn't know it would make him go this hyper!"
"Ugh fine. But if he kills someone it's your fault. Come on Joey, lets see if the little mongrel has driven Yami crazy yet." I added with a smirk. Joey stood back up and we both walked out of the classroom to find Yugi on Yami's back. Sleeping?
"Guys? A little help? We got our bags and then he asked for a piggy-back, then he just fell asleep! I can't really carry him and both of our bags."
"I'll carry Yugi's bag, and Seto? Will you carry Yami's?" Joey asked, giving his boyfriend the puppy-dog eyes.
"Ugh, fine. But just so you know, I'm not doing this for you Prince, I'm doing this because my Puppy asked me to." Seto grumbled.
"Yeah yeah Priest. We all know you're whipped." I snickered.
"Shut it Pharaoh." (A/N For all my friends who have never watched YuGiOh! and are only reading this because I wrote it, Yami is the Prince, Seto is the Priest, Atem is the Pharaoh and Joey is the Puppy)
I chuckled. "Hey Yami, looks like the effect of the sugar has finally worn off. Only took him three hours. It can be really tiring trying to keep up with him"
"Well you weren't the one Yugi dragged everywhere, so you had it easy." Yami just laughed back.
"Wha...? I heard my name..." Yugi yawned waking up.
"Don't worry little one, we were just talking about you on a sugar-high." Yami said softly.
"Good, now the runt can walk and I don't have to carry your bag anymore Prince. Come one Puppy, drop the bag and lets go." Seto growled.
Joey stood his ground. "Oh no you don't Seto. 1) Yugi is not a runt and 2) you are going to carry that bag whether you like it or not. And don't you even try to argue with me or no kisses for a month."
"But- Fine..." Seto just picked up the bags then stayed silent.
Yugi spoke up sleepily. "Right, Yami, Atem, lets head to my place. You know where the Kame Game Shop is right?"
"Yeah, why?" I asked.
"Just go there and you'll find out. Cya Joey, Seto." He replied.
"Bye guys." Yami and I said at the same time.
"Ew creepy twin stuff. No more of that got it? It's scary." Yugi said. Yami and I gave each other a knowing look before answering.
"Sure thing Yugi."
"Agh!! I'm not listening, I'm not listening, I'm not listening!" Yugi yelled and jumped off Yami's back, covering his ears.
"Ok sorry Aibou, we won't do it again." Yami said with a small laugh.
"Yeah, we won't do it again Yugi, at least, not on purpose anyway. Cya guys, Yami, Yugi, grab your bags and we can head to the game shop."
"Can I come?" Joey asked hopefully.
"Nope. Sorry Puppy but you're coming with me. Cya guys" Seto said, almost normally for once.
"Ok fine. Bye guys." Joey huffed before walking off with Seto. Yugi picked up his bag before turning to face us.
"Ok guys we just have to wait for Heba at the gates before we leave. Is that ok?"
"Yeah, that's fine Aibou."
"Y-yeah, that's f-fine." I tilted my head slightly so my golden bangs would cover the slight blush creeping over my tanned skin. Even though I couldn't see Yami, I knew he was looking at me, probably with a smirk on his face.
We walked out to the gates to wait for Heba although we didn't have to wait long before he came out of his building.
"Hey Yugi. Atem? What are you doing here?" Heba asked. Before I could say anything, Yugi answered for me.
"Grandpa said they could stay the night. Is that alright? I didn't think you would mind seeing as you and Atem were such good friends."
"No I don't mind at all, let's get going."
The walk to the Game Shop was quiet, with idle chit-chat gong back and forth between us until we reached the shop. We walked inside and followed Yugi around the empty counter to a door that said, STAFF ONLY in big bold letters. Hmm, I wonder where the shop owner went.
"Um Yugi? I'm pretty sure we're not meant to go back here.
Yugi and Heba just grinned at us while opening the door and beckoning us inside. Yami and I exchanged worried looks before following them carefully. We closed the door behind us and walked up a set of stairs the connected to the door. When we got to the top of the stairs we could see what looked like a living room and kitchen, before Yugi turned to face us.
He smiled at us. "Welcome home!"

Chai: Wheeee it's a long chapter! I got a new iPad case with a keyboard so that might of helped. And before you go asking, I have absolutely no clue what so ever why Yugi was so hyper. I don't know, it just happened.

Yami: I don't think I've ever seen Yugi so hyped up in my life!

Chai: *laughs* Neither have I. And by the way in chapter 4 I said that Heba and Atem were dating in Egypt but I went back and changed it so now they were just best friends and neither one of them have any idea that the other is gay.

Yugi: What's with the picture?

Chai: Nothing really, I just though it fit with the story.

Yugi: What do you mean? How does it fit?

Chai: Oh! Right I forgot. You were asleep.

Chai: Hello?

*crickets*

Chai: Where did everybody go?
