Yuri arrived in Seoul airport before BTS's concert, she knew that they were in rehearsal today for tomorrow.
No fans noticed her since no one knows about her arrival today. Only BTS's manager, Yuri's manager which is with her now and PD Nim was the only one who knows about her arrival today.
She didn't went to their house be cause its a surprise, she booked a hotel near the stadium where BTS will be performing tomorrow.
The plan is that after BTS songs are done and the concert will end soon before everything, Yuri's song will be played and the members know that after their performance that Yuri's song will be played because she's coming soon and because the fans missed her voice, that's the only reason why the boys know that Yuri's song will be played.
But the surprise is that Yuri will be hiding in a large white present box, it will be given to BTS to be opened. nd when they opened the box they will see Yuri in there.

The stadium is full of ARMY's screaming for the boys, the boys then performed really good but something isn't good because Yuri is not their time perform with them. Little did they know that Yuri was watching them in a secret room where she's getting ready for the surprise later.
