Harry's POV

I got a call from my agent last night about the song I will be singing today. I sent in a suggestion but turns out I didn't really have a choice, but I'm not complaining because I think the world is ready to hear the song live. At first, I didn't understand why Louis would be the only one being interviewed if I'm coming in as well. Either why, I haven't performed on Ellen's show in a while so I am excited to say the least.

I decided to stay in and skip breakfast today, I'll just get something to eat when I arrive in the studio, they always have really good avocado toast for breakfast and pizza for lunches. But right now Im just in the lounge of the hotel drinking coffee and looking at my laptop screen displaying nothing but a black screen.

Louis hasn't gotten up yet, or at least hasn't come down for breakfast yet. I was going to call and ask him to join me for morning coffee but him not being the biggest morning person would have been a bad idea. Instead I will just wait until he comes down or texts me he's up.

I realize that after about another 40 minutes, Louis still hasn't gotten up. We still have a lot of time before we need to leave but not being ready before hand makes me anxious so I decide to call Louis anyways.

I wait a few rings before a tired voice picks up.

"'Ello?" His strong British accent coming through.

"Hey, Louis. Are you coming down soon?"

Its silent for a little bit before I hear ruffling and shuffling, "Oh shit! It's today. Yeah, I will be down shortly." And he hangs up.

Usually I would be slightly offended with the sudden hang up and no goodbye, but this being Louis, I don't  mind.

Not long after I hear fast footsteps coming towards me from behind. I turn around and see Louis walking towards me with a nervous smile.

"Honestly, I forgot about today, I was so nervous about it last night that it faded in my memory this morning."

I laugh, "Are you going to get some breakfast?"

He shakes his before taking a seat in the chair across from me.

"What are you working on," He asks nodding his head towards my laptop.

"Oh, nothing, I just had it open to look occupied while I waited," I explained, " Have you gotten any emails about today? Telling you what to wear or whatnot? Because I got a list of do's and don't's,"

He squints his eyebrows before pulling out his phone and checking his email, what I assume.

"Uhhh... no I don- Oh wait, yes I do." He scrolls for a while, skimming through the words of the email, "Jeez, they are really strict about what to say I don't  even remember reading this during the band."

"That's because me and Liam would do all the reading knowing that you wouldn't even bother to care." I say, earning a laugh from Louis.

"Fair enough," He responds, slightly chuckling.

About half an hour passes, edging closer until we get picked up for the show. Louis ended up taking a nap across the couch, and me, well I just sat there thinking about how my performance will go. Yes, I always think about this because I need to make sure I give people the show they will remember.

Soon enough I get kind of bored just sitting there so I intend my leg and reach Louis' hanging arm. Nudging him lightly he stirs a little before peeking an eye at me, "What?" He mumbles.

"Im bored, get up, we'll have be going soon anyways, you don't  want lines on your face,"

He rolls his eyes, slowly sitting up before straightening out his sweater.
