He was walking down the dreary yet beautiful streets of England, sighing quietly to himself as the rain dripped from the sky. Grey storm clouds gathering around him, signalling that it would become a storm soon.

The spring was starting, and with spring comes rain. He walked along the wet sidewalk, looking at the wall noticing for the first time that he was passing by a large bed of lilacs.

Leaning down, Arthur brought his face near one of the beautiful purple flowers and took a deep breath in, inhaling the smell. The sight of lilacs alone brought a smile to Arthur's face, but the smell whisked him off to a dream like state.

Lilacs brought him to remember that summer with Francis, the nights where they would stay up all night long in the pitch black bedroom and talk or do other things, the days where the two would spend the whole day just dancing around in circles in Francis' ballroom.

How Arthur cherished those days, how he wished they could still be happening. But sadly they couldn't be continued, Arthur let Francis slip out of his fingers. He sighed and tried to forget about it, starting to walk down the street again, but stopped right in his tracks.

Thinking that he should have never gotten upset, he should never have let Francis leave, he shouldn't have stopped that beautiful relationship they had. Dropping his umbrella and swiftly turning on one foot, he took off running down the street to his ex lovers.

Not really knowing what came over him but not really caring he kept running. He did however know something, that he should have never left Francis, because he realized that he loved Francis. He loved him, and let him go, he realized now that, that was a mistake.

Arthur flew down the street in the pouring rain, getting soaked to the bone. Eventually he reached Francis' front door, and knocked harshly on it. Francis, who was sitting on the couch, doing work, got up and walked to the door thinking 'Who would be here in this rain?' He opened he door and was very surprised to see the green eyed blonde standing in front of him.

His eyes grew wide as he asked "A-Arthur? What are you doing here? I thought you didn't want anything to do with me." Arthur shook his head and reached up, gripping Francis' tie and pulling him down, pushing his own lips against Francis'. Francis' eyes widened then fluttered shut as he slowly melted into the all too familiar lips.

After a while, Arthur pulled away and stared at the ground "I'm sorry." he muttered. "What?" Francis asked slightly confused "I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I have been such an asshole, I'm sorry that I let you walk out, I'm sorry that I ever left you in the first place!" Arthur yelled and his hands curled into fists. Francis sighed and pulled Arthur close, wrapping his arms around Arthur's small form, enveloping him in a tight hug.

Francis shushed Arthur and said "Mon petit lapin, c'est daccord. I forgive you, as long as you forgive me. I love you." Arthur laughed a little from his old nickname, that he secretly adored."I forgive you, and I love you too, frog." Arthur said as he pulled Francis down for another kiss, not failing to notice the lilac that Francis had in a vase behind them.

( Mon petit lapin, c'est daccord: my little rabbit, it's okay.
