Iida catch up #4

Month one:

You had woken up for no reason at all at first..

You honestly had no idea why because you hadn't woken up for no reason in a while

Until you realized that your body was giving you a sort of heads up for the nausea that washed over you all of a sudden

"Oh shit!" You exclaimed before you put your hand over your mouth and ran to the bathroom

You just barely made it to the toilet before you threw up what seemed like anything and everything you had eaten in the past year

You knew that wasn't the case but it sure as hell felt like it

Iida was an attentive husband..

Even in his sleep...

Which you thought was weird but that's besides the point right now

He immediately sat up in the bed after hearing you throwing up and coughing

"My Iida senses are tingling" he said as he ran to the bathroom where he heard the distressed sounds coming from you

As soon as he busted through the bathroom door his heart broke at the sight of you

He made sure your hair was out of your face as he tried his best to comfort you

He had never seen you so sick..

But he wasn't an idiot,he knew what happens to women usually during early pregnancy

He just didn't expect it to be so bad

Once you confirmed that you didn't really feel like you were gonna throw up again he started asking questions

"Ok...do you still feel sick?"

"A little"

"Are you nauseous?"

"Not anymore"

"Do you need anything right now?"

"Just some water and maybe a mint would be nice"

"Ah..good thinking (Y/N)..mints help nausea and stomach aches!"

"Yeah...can I go back in the bed?What time is it?"

"It's still dark out..so it might be in the early hours of the morning and yes I can take you back to bed"

He picked you up and carried you back to the bed and then proceeded to tuck you in before going to get your water and mint

Month 2:

Telling the families

"(Y/N)...we should probably tell our parents that they are soon to be grandparents!"

"Shoot..you're right"

Telling his family:

"Mother...Father"

"What is it Tenya..?Why does (Y/N) look so on edge?" His mother asked giving you a concerned look

"Well I guess I'll get straight to the point.."

He cleared his throat and sat forward a little bit

"(Y/N) is pregnant...and yes we already talked about it and yes we're ready for this"

"Well isn't that just adorable" his mother said giving you a big hug

"Pardon me ma'am but what's adorable exactly?" You asked

"Oh ya know...Tenya never seemed like a family man but I think you've turned him into a big softie" she said pinching his cheek

"M-Mommm that hurtsss"
