I always was the weird quiet kid who sat in the back of the class, the weirdo who played video games all day and had bad grades. No one believed in me, in my future, in my dreams, in my creativity, in my mind because i rather take care of my little brother than focus on all those useless equations. Our parents were almost all the time at work so that meant me and little Tommy were alone most of the time
I still remember the first time i saw him, a tiny human, his hair was a light shade of blonde, his eyes were blue, a beautiful blue like the sky, his hands were adorable, i adored him, and i wanted the best for him, so i dropped most of my hobbies to take care of him, i wanted to be responsible

"Tommy, no, dont go there, you'll fall" i shouted at the blonde boy who was somehow in the Christmas tree

"Bla bla, i cant hear you" the boy full of joy said putting his hands on his ears. That made him totally unstable and he fell, lucky me i was there.

"Oh my lord Tommy" i said after i catched him "you're so energetic and for what?" I smiled at him, he hugged my neck.

"Can we go to the park" the 6 year old asked me after i let him down

"Tommy its late, mom and dad can come home anytime" i gave him a lollipop,  i knew he wont take a no, he thinks he can rule the world, and thats sometimes good, but he's also annoying

"Oh c'mon Y/N, we can leave them a note" he said giving me a sticky note

"Look bub, its 4 pm, soon its gonna be dark outside" i booped his nose "you do want the monsters to eat us?" I asked him picking him up

"No" he said with a sad face and continuing licking his lollipop

"Okay, now, do you want to play something?"i asked him giving him the console

"Mario?" His eyes started to sparkle

"Mario it is" i said giving him a smile
