Eva's face reddened as the kids at her new school laughed at her. She had just tripped and slammed her face into a wall. Blood dripped from under Eva's hands as she attempted to cover her nose with them. Crying, she rushed inside and took turn after turn, running up stairs before finding herself in front of a locked door. Eva leaned forward to avoid getting blood on her puffy blue dress, the second reason why the other kids had been laughing. Eva held out her hand tentatively and was about to turn the door knob but heard a quiet rustle behind her. A white rabbit hopped out from behind a quartz statue of a knight. Blinking, she took a step closer. Is that rabbit really wearing a tuxedo and top hat?, Eva thought to herself. A pocket-watch too?!, she then added as the rabbit pulled a golden watch on a chain out of his coat pocket. Confused, she ran back down the stairs and into her room, closing the door with a BANG! behind her. Is this really happening? Shakily Eva sighed and crawled under the blankets, falling asleep after a while. Her dreams were filled with rabbits and ticking clocks, surreal enviroments and strange exploits.
