This is Tsnumi's final design. As I mentioned, she's the Vice President of Elysium (though she doesn't look like it!). She's not intimidating due to her cute demeanor, but she still holds a lot of power. And even though bunnies didn't get added til update 1.13 we pretend she has a bunny. Don't disillusion her or we will send you to the guillotine. That's all.
