Backstory:
Victoria, the daughter of Alexander Sanclair and Maribelle Sanclair, always consider as a hard-working individual. Though often not taken seriously in her work place, Victoria never allowed inappropriate comments from her workers to bother her from her work. Her workers are immature at times, but when it comes to doing their jobs, they are elite. Living up to her father's strict expectations, she values work ethics and dedication the most. Victoria runs her industry with a metal fist gripped on thigh leashed and will bluntly tell someone to pack their belongings — she always have a backup worker as replacements the moment the previous employee is ordered to leave. In this tight knit industry, workers can be replaced in a snap. Outside of work, Victoria would causal visit her family and enjoy the time she can spend with them. Though her family is strict business wise, they are loving and caring parents who values tradition like her grandparents before them.
