Alucard

The man stood his ground without fear as the giant wolf In front of him growled menacingly, the reds' of its eyes holding anger and hate as it glared at Alucard who was now standing to his full height on his own two feet, the wolf opened his mouth as Alucard heard its voice inside his head, this time not as menacing as before" So you've come after neglecting me for 5 years and locking me up in that mental cage of yours, the wolf of wolves?  I'm more than aware of who you're mate is- our mate is the most beautiful thing that the moon goddess could bless us with. Make no mistake Alucard I hate you with every breath in my body and soul, the only reason you aren't dead is because of my love for Victoria and her wolf and you won't keep her away from me." Alucard stayed quiet for a few minutes collecting his thoughts before answering his wolf, his voice holding promise as they glared and held each other's eyes" We have to put aside our differences and make this work, I know what I did to you was wrong and out of line, I didn't do it out of hate towards you, I locked you away because of my own fear of letting you get control and taking over my body on that day...I know you don't trust me, I'm asking you to forgive me and let the past behind us disappear, and if you don't believe me then" he stepped forward and placed his hand on the chain locked attached to the wolf's neck. The chains broke and shattered as the wolf, his wolf stood to its full height of ten feet against Alucard's height of six, towering over him as Alucard felt his fears go away. " you're free to run if you want and not come back, I don't blame you at all for feeling that way about me...I'd hate me too if I were you, I'm sorry for what I put you through all those years." Alucard then closed his eyes and went down on both of his knees facing his wolf and breathed out a sigh as the wolf in front of him growled and lowered its head, jaws showing its sharp white teeth leaning forward and then lunging at a silent Alucard down on his knees. He anticipated the excruciating pain, his cries of agony, and the end of his life...He wanted all of it at that moment to end so that his own spirit could be free to wander until energy coursed through his body and drove him to open his eyes wide and shocked as he felt the presence of his wolf deep within him.

Back in the real world 

Alucard 

His eyes popped open as he shot up from the hospital bed, his senses going haywire as his eyes searched for something, anything that would help him regain his sanity as he locked eyes on one of the assistants as she walked into his room, the look of utter shock splayed across her face as she dropped the notepad she was holding and ran out of his room to get someone as if she had seen a ghost. Alucard was left for his thoughts to wander as he sensed that Victoria was alive except that she was in pain, great pain as he placed an open palm over his chest and rubbed it uncomfortably and at that moment he felt his wolf's voice inside his head" welcome back, it seems like much has changed since we were away" Alucard agreed with him as he sat in the hospital bed, the white sheet having fallen to reveal his toned upper body, his skin darker then he remembered however still the same as he felt the wolf-like authoritative power course through his veins almost overwhelming him with its force. The sounds of footsteps stole his attention as he looked up to see the pack doctor walk in with a face of shock" A-Alpha Alucard, I'm very shocked to find you out of your coma, normally it takes some people longer than most" Alucard's senses went into overdrive as he looked calmly at the doctor" Doctor I'm sure you have many questions right now, where is your luna? Where is my Victoria?" the doctor swallowed nervously at his Alpha's calm demeanor, his speech staggered as he attempted to answer" I-I don't k-know A-Alpha, the last I saw of her she was in your office doing your paperwork for the pack and she hasn't been by since." Alucard nodded as he looked out the window as he breathed and said his wolf's name" Fenrir" his eyes shifted from their warm calm browns to the cold red of his wolf's as he moved from the hospital bed and slowly stood a few feet from the doctor" you have to the count of three before I pin you against a wall and snap your neck, worm" the doctor immediately started shaking" please Alpha I don't know where she is, I haven't seen her since yesterday and she's been gone for a few hours" Alucard nodded and stayed silent as he patted the man on the shoulder" fine, then I'll just have to go and find her myself" he started walking toward the exit of his bedroom and turned his head glancing back at the doctor" by the way, you're fired" with that, Alucard walked out of the building with only his hospital robe on and went straight toward his and Victorias shared home. When he entered the house her scent enveloped him, like only her warm arms could do as his footsteps met the wooden tile flooring as he walked through the house toward their shared bedroom, he went into their shared closet and grabbed his clothes, a simple black t-shirt and grey sweat pants with black lines striped on the sides and slipped on his red and black sketcher shoes. Alucard and Fenrir agreed that finding their mate was a top priority as he left their house and closed the door, they would find her and she would be brought back home safe and sound and in his arms again.  He walked out into the center of their mainland and closed his eyes as he picked up on the faint scent of Victoria, he focused his nose as his eyes scanned the trees and ground trying to pinpoint where her scent was the strongest and then he found it, a claw mark against a tree, five little indents where she had been and the scent went te rest of the way.
