Henry Scott was a fourteen year old girl who went missing on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation. Twenty days later, a search party found her body covered in snow. The racial attacks towards the Asian community, especially the vulnerable and elderly, has been disturbing. A 61 year old Filipino man named Noel Quintana, an 84 year old Thai man named Vicha Ratanapakdee, and unfortunately a lot more Asians have been victims of racial and hate crimes. On February 9th, 2021, the Chevron Richmond refinery spilled about 600 GALLONS of oil into the San Francisco bays of California, USA. Because of this, the spill will harm numerous marine animals and their habitats.
