Chapter 3

Even though today has been a hectic day for me as I had a job interview and I haven't been home as much today but I promised some of you that I will upload today and I never break a promise.

Violetta POV

I have to say but having a lazy day after a hangover is a good idea. whoever is in this situation like I am then I would highly recommend a lazy day. Right now I'm in my PJ's (I've literally lived in them today) on the couch just flicking through the channels on the TV and of course there's nothing interesting on. 

Luckily, me and the girls don't have to work today along with Pablo, Angie and the rest of the teachers because of yesterday Fran won't be at work as she's on her honeymoon in Bali with Diego. No I'm not jealous because they get to relax for a few weeks and swim in the sea, going out for romantic meals and nice long walks along the beach...Ok so maybe I am a tad jealous but I know one day it will happen when Leon and I get married. I look down at my hands and see the shiny ring on my finger, I smile to myself whilst thinking of what it will be like to become Mrs Vargas; I cannot wait. I feel like the luckiest girl alive.

I jump as I was interrupted from my thoughts to my phone ringing. I sigh and grab my phone to see who's calling and it's Maxi. 

"Hey Maxi, what's up"

"Just calling to see how you're feeling after yesterday. You were pretty wasted." I chuckle.

"Yeah, I woke up with a major hangover so I have decided to have a lazy day"

"Well your lazy day is about to end, Cami's invited you and I to lunch at some café." I groan. It would be nice to go out for some fresh air but I'd rather just stay here all day. " I've read that fresh air can do the world for good when you have a hangover, just don't run or workout as you will be very dehydrated."

"Since when did you become Dr Ponte?"

"Since I read about it on Google." I laugh at his response. Google does know the answer to everything.

"Ok fine, I'll go. What time shall I meet you guys."

"Umm, in about half an hour..."

"How am I going to get ready in 30 minutes? I literally look like a zombie that has just been risen from the dead."

"You'll manage. I'll meet you there. I'll text you once I know where we're going." He hangs up the phone and I groan whilst getting off the sofa. I walk up the stairs and into my room. I brush my hair, pick out clothes from my wardrobe and put on a little bit of makeup and soon enough I was ready with a good amount of time to spare. As I walked downstairs I spotted my dad on the couch looking through paperwork that has covered the entire coffee table.

"What you doing dad?"

"Just dealing with all these paperwork. This'll probably take the rest of the day, Vilu? Never become a well known engineer like me."

Don't worry, I wasn't planning on it. That is why I became a singer and work at the studio." He laughs.

Where are you off to?"

"I meeting up with Cami and Maxi for lunch, apparently fresh air helps hangovers so that's one reason why I'm going."

"That is true, just remember to not drink too much. You may be legal now to drink but always have water in between drinks and you'll."

"I'll keep that in mind, thanks dad but I really got to go or I'll be late."

"Alright, enjoy but first give you old dad hug." I go up to him and hug him as he kisses the top of my head. After a few seconds he releases me from his grip. " Enjoy."
