Along with One For All, Izuku had another quirk. He was born with a quirk that he and his mom named Oracle. This allowed Izuku to read the minds of others, but differently then how most would think. The words came out cluttered into a being or creature. Izuku's quirk manifested a couple years later then when most kids did. Izuku had already been bullied and tormented at this age, so they thought it would be best to hide his late blooming quirk from the other kids. They thought that it would worsen the bullying.
Izuku never really learned how to use his quirk, so it would turn on randomly. But if it does activate, normally it would be triggered if someone lied.
So there Izuku was asking y/c if they were okay. Y/c said they were fine, and Izuku would have believed it if it wasn't for his quirk activating. Izuku was stunned staring above at y/c's creature above their head.
