A woman doesn't derive pride in her achievements, its in her virtues. Living exemplary life, for others to emulate.

Loyalty is her objective, been Strong, Smart, Fierce, are her steps to overcome every obstacles thrown her way.

Its reminds me of a story I was opportuned to learn. The life of a woman of virtue and pride.

A story told billion of ages before I was born, one that there after became a legend of great emulation to young stars like myself.

The story of a queen who hailed far away, in the western region of Ile-Ife in Nigeria.

Strong, Smart, Fierce and an epitome of beauty, she took up the challenge to salvage her kingdom, from the hands of the forest invaders, who looked horribly terrifying, just like monsters.

Stooping so low, she got herself captured just to conquer.
Although married to the king of Ile-Ife, she surrendered herself to be married to the king of the forest invaders by whom she was captured.

She wanted peace for her people, she wanted to know the secret to the powers of the forest invaders.

She acted brave enough when there was no one to lay down his life for the kingdom, she acted with wisdom, when it came with dealing with the king of the forest invaders and was fierce enough, when it came to fighting for her kingdom.

With bravery, strength, intelligence and fierceness combined, she learnt the secret which she longed for.

A day after she did learn this secret however, she took to her heels, fleeing back to her kingdom, with no one knowing how she did escape nor when.

Getting back home, the king her husband and the people were so elated about the return of their queen. She urge them all to eat, drink and be merry for finally they would triumph at the end.

She told them all the secret of the forest invaders. She told them to get their fire touch ready, so when the forest invaders came again to oppress them, they would meet their doom.

As said, the forest invaders did come again but this time the people were prepared for battle. With their fire touch in hand, and a match stick, they lit the touch and threw at the forest invaders, whose clothes were made  out of dried leaves. They threw as much as they could lay hold of and soon, each and everyone of the invaders transformed back into their human form dying instantly, including their king.

Happiness, Peace and Freedom was restored once again to the land of Ile-Ife. Their terrors were dead and the people librated, all thanks to the Strong, Smart and Fierce Queen.

A statue was made in honor of her, which is still placed in Ile-Ife up till date.

She was known to be queen Moremi of Ife. She was strong, smart and fierce. She acted, dealt with and spoke intelligently.

Now she is my heroin and role model combine.
