Wattpad-South Asia's goal has always been to provide a supportive launching pad that can propel South Asian authors out into the world. The aim is to build a healthy community that supports their peers and colleagues and advances their cultures and stories through their writing.

So who's ready to get this show on the road? Here the RULES:
- The nominations begin from today, March 15th.
- For a book to be eligible, it has to be written by an author of South Asian descent OR has to take place somewhere in South Asia OR has South Asian characters.
- Yes, you can nominate yourself, and yes, someone else can nominate your book.
- Your book must have up to or more than 5,000 words for a normal story and 1,000 words or more for poetry or short story.
- You don't have to have a certain number of votes or comments to take part in this competition.
There are 10 slots to be filled in the first round, with the books with the most nominations advancing to the next round. Those ten books will fight it out for the number one spot; the winner for each category. Remember, there's only one nomination per account!
