CHAPTER 01

-Y/N POV

I woke up from that dreadful dream I had these past few months

I did my morning routine and went downstairs only to be greeted by loneliness

I made myself a bowl of cereal
while I was enjoying my breakfast my phone rang it was from the café I own and it's one of the best café in Seoul

-on the phone call

Me:
"Hello"

Worker:
"Good morning miss,I was wondering whether your coming today as you didn't come yesterday"

Me:
"Yes I'm coming"

Worker:
"Oh okay miss see you later"

I hummed in reply and decline the call

Well did I mention that my workers love me alot and talks good about me
(Note the sarcasm)

I finished my Breakfast and drove to the bakery

"Did you call her"one of the worker asked
"Yup she is coming"the girl who called y/n answered
"God I wish she comes in a good mood"her friend said with a eye roll
"Well when did that bish was in a good mood"they started to roast her they were so busy roasting her that they didn't notice someone's presence behind them
"Having fun"a cold voice echoed through the staff room

-Y/N POV

As I entered the café everyone greeted me and I went into the staff room to talk with Stella my assistant but I heard something interesting before I open the door I stopped my action and started to overhear them
"God how can she be so cold I hate her" one of them said it was a female voice and I wonder who she is talking about
"I know right sometimes I wish to slap her face when she shouts at us" okay now I got it who they were talking about its me
Time to act cool
I opened the door and leaned against the door frame with crossed arms
"Having fun" i said and they turned their direction towards me I smirked at their state they were shivering and they looked pale
"S-sorry m-miss we won't repeat this again"one of the girls said I scoffed
"Well ya you won't repeat it again as you both are fired" I smiled sweetly at them as they both widened their eyes and started to beg me
"Please miss give us a ch-" I didn't let her finish
"Didn't your hear what I said YOU BOTH ARE FIRED NOW GET THE F**K OUT OF HERE"I shouted at them and they dashed outside the staff room I took deep breaths to calm myself down

"Someone is in a bad mood" a voice was heard behind me I turned and saw it was Stella
"I thought you were in the staff room" I sighed and sat on a chair
"Well something came up so I had to leave" she said and sat beside me
"Oh I forgot to ask did you visit the therapist I mentioned" she questioned me I cursed under my breath I totally forgot about that and that was the reason I took a day off
"No"I answered simply
"WHAT"she screamed her face was red in anger
"Calm down" I said with a straight face she sighed in defeat
"Miss how many times should I remind you look at yourself you look like a zombie who haven't slept for days"I stared at her in disbelief
"I'm not a zombie" I said and walked towards the door as she followed me
"I know you haven't slept for days and this therapist might help" she said in a worried tone I just hummed in response and made myself a coffee
"Your going today right now and that's finale" she said in a strict voice
"No I don't want to" I said while taking a sip from my coffee
"Then you have to search for a new assistant" she said while smirking I sighed in defeat
"Okay I'll go" I said as I didn't won't her to resign her job she is one trustful worker that's the only reason I talk with her comfortably
"Good"she said I smiled lightly
"Well I have already messaged you the address and I need to check on something see you later" with that she went somewhere to god knows where

-At the clinic

I drove to the address Stella gave me it looked weird from the outside it didn't have any sign boards I wondered whether I came to the right place I walked towards the clinic and entered inside no sign of any paitence at all weird

"Good morning miss"I flinched at the sudden voice i turned to see who that voice belong to it was a lady she looked kinda similar to Stella
"Are you miss y/n"she questioned me as I nodded
"Oh we were waiting for you come follow me" she said as she began to walk and I followed her like a lost puppy

"Are you somehow related to Stella" I questioned breaking the awkward silence between us
"Yup I'm her sister"she smiled
"You may go in" with that she left me I was in front of a wooden door

I opened the door and went in
The room looked beautiful it was decorated with flowers and the floor was wooden the sofa looked comfortable

"I was waiting for you"a voice echoed in the room I saw a girl she looked pretty her wavy brown hair suits with her hazel eyes

"Hi" I replied she gestured me to sit on the sofa and I did as she said

"I'm Dr.Mina and yours" she started a conversation
"Y/n"I replied shortly she Chuckled a bit
"Let's start shall we" she said and I nodded
"I'll ask some questions and you give me the answers simple" she said as she took a book and a pen to her hand I again nodded as a response
"Where are your parents"she questioned me
"They are dead"I replied with a straight face
"Oh do you have a boyfriend" she questioned
"I had"I said as all the memories came flooding in my mind
"Broke up"she questioned and I shook my head as a no
"He died" I replied
"Oh sorry about that"she apologized
"Why should you be sorry" I said as I leaned back at the sofa
"If you don't mind can you say how he died" she asked a bit of hesitation visible in her voice

I stared at her and after a few seconds I replied

"I killed him"
