An approachable person is a person to whom, nobody will,
hesitate or fear to talk to
hate to face them
have bad opinion about them
have second thoughts to approach that person.
Also everyone will have the courage to tell that person's flaws, shortcomings or unintentional wrongdoings to that person in a straight forward manner without flinching.
