Prologue

Hi, I'm Caledonia Kogane, I'm 18 and I'm Scottish. Yes, I know, I was named after my country, there have been worse naming scenarios throughout history than mine. Even though some might say my name is... tragic, I love it. Sorry, I'm rambling. So, I'm not how some people would say... 'normal'. I mean, it depends how you define'normal'. But however you define that spirit-forsaken word, I probably still wouldn't meet the grade. Right now your probably thinking; "Oh you can't be that weird." A fair amount of people that know how I'm weird would beg to differ, especially now that only a few of my kind are left... or so I thought. Oh don't worry, mankind is still thriving. You see, as I've already told you, I'm different. I should probably tell you how I'm different. You see, I have this....condition is one way to put it. It's nothing life-threatening, it's a blessing in my opinion. When I go to sleep I... I turn into a wolf. Not what you were expecting right? I've had the condition my whole life, but the transformations didn't start until I was six. I'd known I had something wrong with me since I was four years old...
