Foaly had discovered something very odd. Tuvalu had changed since he last checked. He didn't do daily reports since he had been so busy with the two Artemis Fowl Incidents, and it was going to be underwater in about a century. However, he missed the beautiful sights of the country, so he decided it was time for an update. When he looked, however, one of the atolls was made of glass and destructed building, that wasn't there before. Also, there were a lot of electrical signals, coming out of one particular hut. Time to make a decision he would regret later, and call a certain black-haired, blue-eyed, criminal mastermind. He dialed the number.
