1 // First encounter.

I was doing my everyday training in the woods. I closed my eyes,  doing full concentrating breathing then I cut all the bamboo around me with inhuman speed. It was so fast that to human eye couldn't follow so it looked like I was staying in one place.  I then started spinning my sword and pointed it forward and started spinning it each direction. I then sped quicker than lightning cutting of the dummies I made head. 24 to be exact. 

'are you just going to stay there and watch?' I said to the person that was watching in the trees. But I didn't look at that person.'

'I didn't think you could see me..' the deep voice said. So its a man, I thought.

I then turned to him. 'are you going to join me?' I asked. 

'No, I was just passing by until I saw your amazing skills.' he said. I hummed putting my sword back.

'sorry if this sounds rude but.. are you perhaps.. blind?' he asked. I smiled and looked his direction. 'yes.' I said

'may I ask your name?' he asked. 

'y/n l/n. and you?'

'Yoriichi tsugikini.' He said. 

I said his name replaying it out loud. 'Beautiful name. Well yoriichi, I hope you have a wonderful day.' I smiled getting my stuff and walked away.

'you to..' he said. He would be lying if he didn't say she was breathtakingly beautiful. He then started walking back to Sumiyoshi's home to pay him a visit.

meanwhile..

'Yoriichi tsugikini.' I said. 'I'll remember that.' I said heading home. When I got home the sun was already setting. I made some soba for myself while humming. I sat down. 'Itadakimas.' I said while digging in. When I finished I washed the bowl and went on my patrol. Though I was not in the demon slaying corps, I still decided to do things like these to keep people safe. I put my haori on and my nirichin blade, on the right side of me and headed out.

Your haori is  a simple long and black, and mens pants. It was sort of oversized, but it fit you perfectly. you also had normal sandles with like those leg warmer things. 

You went out of your estate and went into the near by forest jumping tree to tree. You then heard a scream. You quickly ran to where the scream was coming from. You can sense 3 auras. One which was the demon's another one felt like a woman and the other something small.

'Wither-Breathing, First Form: Quick Decay.' I said, dashing and killing the demon my long raven hair flowing in the wind. I shook off the blood on my sword and put in back into my scabbard. 'thank you thank you thank you!' the woman said, bowing to me feet. 'please do get up.. I'm glad I could save a innocent persons life.' the woman started to cry. 'what can I do to repay you? I thought I almost lost my child!' I smiled and putting my hand on her back. 'Its alright. I will accompany you home.' The woman thanked me and nodded. We got to her house. Her husband was there with tears that I sensed in his eyes. He thanked my millions of times and so did the woman with the baby. I smiled and just told them I am doing my job. I waved them goodbye and headed on my way.

I ran through the thick trees until I smelled a presence that I smelled before. It wasn't a demon though. I quickly followed the smell. then I recognized it. Yoriichi. I then stopped. 'y/n?' he said 'hello.. I was running through the forest when I smelled your sent..' I said sheepishly rubbing me nape. He smiled 'what are you doing here at night?' he asked. 'oh.. just saving people on ym usuall patrol...' I said 'Your a demon slayer?' he asked me. 'something like that.' there was silence. I assumed he was confused. 'Im not in the corps I just do it by myself.' he nodded. 'would you like to come with me?' He held out him hand. 'uhmm... where?' 'to the corps. I would like you to join.' he said. 'oh no thank you its fine I can-' he grabbed my hand and we started walking. 'I don't take no for an answer.' he said. 'but-' 'just deal with it y/n.' I sighed. I mumbled curses under my breath. He smiled, as we walked to the corps.
