                                              I fucking thought of myself organazing a therapy session when I know I can't afford it (I probably cansn) or cause my whole ass family doesn't know that I'm mentally unstable

                          Me : hey how much do we pay for 15 or 30 therapy session
                          Me again but as a therapist: saying shit like " Insert money bill or something " 
                          Me:oh I can afford that
