Chap:5 "You are right"

Andriette's POV

I frowned at Kayla you have got to be kidding me dude.....she was being unreasonable now I runned my hand in my hair in frustration ok damn it..........

"I am gonna ask you again Kayla...... Are you really 100% sure you want to work for those assholes?"

"Yes,yes yes how many times will I say yes dude? I have got this feeling that it will be good for us and don't even start to tell me that you are not okay with it you also know we need protection from him so why not take their offer? Ok........fine we are gonna decline the offer only if you can tell me minimum 2 reasons why it is a bad idea or anything just tell me what's going in you thick skull?" I raised my eyebrows at her thick skull really? I sighed which seemed like the thousandth time in this last 1 and a half days

"Tell me now" but the problem is ayla that I don't even know myself why the heck am I declining it I mentally said to ayla

It's true I don't even know what is going on with me after we got home that day after meeting with the italian-silcilian mafia. I have been always daydreaming about what if my past was not haunted by him? What if I would still have a loving family? What if I was never an assassin just a normal girl leaving a normal life ? the second I get to reality the daydreaming also seems as if it says to me It's never gonna happen my past are always gonna haunted by him its only for him that I don't have a family forget a family I don't even know,as I don't even fully remember my first 12 yrs of life who gave birth to me only I remember is him ,him and him at least I have got Kayla to stand with me I sighed again

I have made my decision.....Kayla is right if we need to fight him we need protection and the Italian mafia are the most that can give us protection and by Luciano's words he seems like He really needs us and let me tell you I am really good at reading people even if its the most feared man alive!

I decided to tease Kayla a bit

"You know what,You can join the mafia I am not gonna join the mafia you can do it alone" she narrowed her eyes and looked at me and said "Stop teasing me Andrie.................... wait! You are not serious are you?" As I kept a serious face her shoulders dropped and she looked at me as if I have grown 2 extra eyes

I burst out laughing and said " You know- haha -me for more than 16 yrs and you still can- can't say that I am teasing you- hahaha"

She gave ma a death stare and throwed her pillow at me and said "I hate you, I really do" She scoffed angrily

"Oh no,you don't You love me" I said faking hurt expression

"On serious note, I think you are right we should take the offer but he is not the boss of us so we will do whatever we think is good okay?"

"Finally! I thought I have to persuade you again and yes of course he is not the boss of us"

"Okay, discussion is over let's go to sleep something tells me that tommorow is gonna be a lonng day and we have to answer also so goodnight sweet dreams bitch" I said sleepily

"Yea,Same to you"

With that being solved I closed the door of her room and entered my room and showered and got into my bed hoping for a dreamy sleep but they say nightmares are also dreams........

I woke up with my head dizzy I couldn't feel my arms I tried to open my eyes but it won't open after trying for sometime I opened my eyes I looked around me only to see I was not in my room but in the room of some unknown place but it was similar why am I not in my room why is this place simi- then it hit me it was the same room where I am forced to live my 17 years of life I panicked where is Kayla I tried to move my body but my arms and legs were tied in a chair with thick ropes

I called out for help but little did I know that I was calling in the lions den for help I looked out to see if I can find any weapons to cut my ropes but there was nothing I took a deep breath and said to myself

"Be calm Andrie be calm I need to think rationally" I again took a deep breadth and thought How did I end up here how did I? Where is Kayla? Is she okay ? Who took me here? Did he found us? What is happening? Various questions popped into my mind I tried to be calm but I couldn't then suddenly I saw a knife laying in the bed but the bed was very far from the chair I tried to reach the bed by hopping from the chair I finally reached it I took the knife in my hand and began to open the ropes I finally teared it

As soon I stood up and looked around I heared footsteps and I turned around to face the door I gulped the door opened to see him standing there him - Demetri he was standing with a smirk on his face he smirked again and said "well well well look who finally woke up

You dared to run away from me.....but I forgive you you are here aren't you?

I was speechless I couldn't find words but I forced the words to come out

"Where is Kayla? Answer me you asshole where is Kayla?"

He came to me with dark eyes he growled with anger he was furious this was it this was my last day

He came forward and started shaking me he was shaking me

But someone called my name "wake up damnit wake up Andriette wakeup" it was Kayla's voice but he was shaking me he wa-

End of nightmare

I woke with a start to see it was kayla I was covered with sweat and tears were streaming down my eyes flooding like a sea

She hugged me tight and said "It's alright, we are safe don't worry, you are safe... he isn't here dont worry" she patted my hair she calmed me I wrapped my hands around her hoping it would last longer than it will

We are safe nothing to worry about only I wanted to believe it was the truth............. But it was not he was still after me, after us...............
