"Happy Birthday Mommy!" my four year old jumped on me, making me jump awake,

"Car, I told you not to jump on her" Luke laughed and took a seat on the bed before leaning down and pecking my lips,

"Happy birthday baby"

"Thank you" I smiled then hugged my toddler, "And thank you Carter"

"Mommy! Me and Daddy make you food!" he grinned, hopping out of my arms and off the bed,

"Go downstairs buddy. Me and Mommy will be there in a second"

Carter nodded and ran out of the room. You could hear him running all through the house. Luke and I chuckled.

I moved from my spot in bed and scooted to hug Luke,

"So" he spoke, kissing my head, "Ashton and KayKay are taking Carter tonight so we can have some alone time"

"Alone time huh?" I smirked,

"Mhm. So I was thinking maybe dinner then we can come home and chill" Luke nipped my ear,

"Chilling is very good" I winked, "We don't chill a lot with a four year old around"

"But we got pretty creative" he kept smirking, "Remember when we had sex in the laundry room because Carter was upstairs"

I busted out laughing,

"Yeah and I hit my head on the washer"

Suddenly we heard a crash downstairs and Carter say 'uh oh'. Both Luke and I looked at each other and took off.
