The blue sky.
The green grass.
"Why does it exist?" I ask.
Should I ask why?

Is it just for some beauty,
In this world of ugly hearts?
I want to go and take it apart,
Get an answer, just to see.

The tall trees.
The fluffy clouds.
Should I dare to ask these questions aloud?
I am on my knees.

Tell me.
I need to know
Why the fluffy white snow
Exists.

For the sake of it?
For perfection?
Why do WE exist?
Is there a connection?

Are we but specks of dust,
Finding our way?
But, what is nature and the Earth then?
It's simple...

We are dust, in the snow globe we call a planet.
Nature is our toy and torture...
It is the universe's way of mocking us,
Showing us a great power, but keeping it out of reach...

But at the same time, it IS us...
Destructive, Powerful, but helpless to itself...
