when I walk into the classroom, I begin to feel intruiged. this little town with its little houses and its little families always reminds me about how mine is broken. i stare across the room. the stereo-typical jocks watch me, closely. it feels like all eyes are on me, being the new girl. i toss my firey red ponytail hair behind my ear and walk to the nearest seat. people are looking at my outfit, and me in general. i look down at my leather jacket and army boots, and realize that this isnt california anymore. im not living with my father anymore. im alone, in this new town, in virginia.
