Soon enough Ash Lucy Lori and Will all met up at Ash's place in Crystal Lake and they had to discuss for a strategy to stop Freddy and Jason
While Ash set up the fireplace Lucy and Lori made coffee to help them stay awake to avoid Freddy's nightmares. Even though he could pop out anytime now without being asleep so no doubt he was buying his time
Ash: Alright. Let's go through it one more time. Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees are some kind of Deadite vengeance demons. Krueger was turned into a living hash-brown by pissed off parents cause he was kidnapping and murdering a dozen kids. Voorhees drowned as a kid cause of some slacking sex craved teenage councilors. And came back to get his revenge and kill anyone who gets in his way. And the one thing they both want.....is the Necronomicon. Question is why. My guess they want to awaken the Deadite army to take over the world.

Lori: And my guess....Jason only wants it to get his mother back. Their fight from earlier proved Jason and Freddy are not in this together. Freddy and Jason clearly show they hate each other more than us.
