Manwe sat upon his throne and looked towards the lands that he and his brethren had created and saw a flame in the far west. The flames grew as they licked away as his feet and they grew as the world burned and all that they had created became undone. Manwe looked away and turned towards his perfect kingdom before he once again looked at the flame before he hurried from his throne to meet with the other Valar.
