Dear Derek Morrison.
I’ve checked and I found out you’re still on tour, therefore I know you won’t be able to answer back till the 19th of this month.
But I don’t want to waste any time so here are some ideas I have for the song. I know I’m not really good at writing, but you’re a composer you know how this work better than I do.
Drafts:
-Can’t you tell, when your eyes meet mine how my hearts stops just for a brief time. The longer you stare, the most my heart aches.
-Lovely smile you got there, could I be the reason for it to appear every time?
-You said hello. I asked about the weather. You talked about the stars. We saw one moving across the firmament. I wished this time to last forever.
-We suddenly met, we suddenly became friends, and I suddenly fell for you.
Well, this is all I got for now. I know you must be busy, you always are. But if you’ve ever believed in love, in any kind of love, please help me.
Sincerely, Lucas.
