"Lauren, you can't get me into this. I can't be involved with crime." Camila said when she finally found the words as they arrived at Lauren's apartment.

Lauren lived in a beautiful penthouse with a gorgeous view. "Yes I can, but after all it's your choice." Lauren said while they entered the building.

"And my answer is no."

"I knew you were gonna say that, so I prepared something to convince you." Lauren answered before they entered her apartment.

The penthouse was absolutely stunning. The walls were painted a black colour which complimented the cream coloured furniture that was neatly arranged in the space. On the white coffee table layed a black suitcase.

"What is that?" Camila asked, refering to the suitcase.

"Open it." Lauren answered while she locked the door behind her.

"What the actual fuck." Camila sighed out as she saw the thousands of dollars neatly folded and placed inside the suitcase.

"All of that..." Lauren started. "Can be yours." She whispered as she lent down into Camila's ear.

The brown-eyed girl's breath hitched as she felt the warmth of Lauren's breath against her skin.

"But... only if you come work with me." The woman whispered in the same seductive tone. "You have potential Camila, you come of as shy while you and I both know you're far from that." Lauren carried on while she softly stroked Camila's arm.

"No. Fucking. Way." Camila whispered back in a sexy but aggresive tone before pushing Lauren away.

"Just think about it Camila, every month this amount doubles. No more boring secretary job, an apartment like this one, a car like mine."

"No." Camila cut Lauren off. "No way."

"But please..."

"No Lauren, am I not being clear enough?!" Camila said, now with more anger in her voice.

"You have to deal with the fact that you can't always get what you want!" Camila spit.

"Or is that what this is about? The fact that I'm the first thing you're not able to get with that money of yours?" Camila said while she looked Lauren in her piercing green eyes.

"That's it, isn't it? Your ego is just as fragile as your anger level." Camila said with a harsh tone, seeing Lauren's pupils dilate. Either from anger or fear, Camila wasn't sure.

"No Camila! You don't get it, do you?! You're the first person in years I've felt a conection with! You're the first person in years that has had a full conversation with me!" Lauren spit with both anger and sadness in her voice. Camila's eyes were still fixated on Lauren's as she saw the other woman's eyes water up.

"That moment last week, when you stood up and looked me in my eyes. That moment... I felt something I've blocked myself from feeling for years. It's not about wanting to buy you Camila, it's about wanting to be around you..." Lauren admitted honestly while walking over to a cabinet in the kitchen.

"Lauren I'm sorry..." Camila apologized genuinly.

"It's fine..." Lauren said while she poured a glass of strong liqour and took a sip. "Try it." Lauren said while she walked over to the younger. Camila took the cold glass from Lauren's hand and took a sip.

"Mhm, this is some good liqour Jauregui." The girl said before she took another sip.

"Ok off topic but how do YOU know my last name." Lauren said laughing.
