I remember what happened. The liquid she forced down my throat remained in my stomach. Her hand then smothering my mouth so the liquid couldn't escape. It slithered into me. I was changing. I willed my eyes to stay open but they seemed to slip away. But a sudden burst of pain ripped through me that was hard to ignore.
