step one , download / open polarr app and select open photos !

once you selected your picture , step two is to click " styles " !

next , select " import QR code " this is where you press on the screenshot of the filter code from this book !

once you select it , polarr is very user friendly so the filter will automatically be applied to your chosen image ! click " save " , this filter will now be saved under " custom " for you to find ! proceed clicking the check mark

click the second little button at the top ! i circled it above , and pointed an arrow there !

now , click on " save new photo " ! this will save the edited image directly to your camera roll !
this process should be the same for android , or at least similar !
