I don't think it would work, Lefty would most likely find Molten obnoxious and a complete wreck and meanwhile I think Molten would get jealous of the bear looks ( thus reminding him of his past self and how 'friendly' he seemed before ) and would find Lefty more of a boring and 'party-pooper'.
