i hate how so many people dont get that the blights are the perfect enemy for the champions.not for link. the Champions, who each have a different skill set.ofc Revali lost to Windblight, but its easy for Link. Windblight was created as the perfect enemy for Revali, NOT for Link.Windblight's PURPOSE was to kill Revali, ofc its gonna have the perfect skill set to kill Revali, NOT LINK"revali relally lost to this" YES???? THATS THE POINT?????? HE WAS DESIGNED TO KILL REVALI; HE WASNT DESIGNED TO KILL LINK.

Revali was an amazing warrior; so were Urbosa, Daruk and Mipha. But the Blights were designed to take advantage of their weaknesses, and overrule their strengths; to block out their abilities and kill them.

Windblight can fly, overruling Revali's natural advantage. This doesn't affect Link, as he doesn't rely on that advantage as much.

Thunderblight can control lightning, like Urbosa, who wields only a metal sword and shield. Link can switch to non-metal gear, and use magnesis to pick up the metal spikes Thunderblight yeets at him; URBOSA CAN'T. She didn't HAVE the Sheikah Slate; she only had the Scimitar of the Seven and Daybreaker - a metal sword and shield.

Fireblight has a strong, fast offense; Daruk can't keep up his Protection for that long. Fireblight isn't vulnerable to sheer brute force, Daruk's fighting style.

Waterblight can manipulate water and turn it to ice, again, overruling Mipha's water advantage. Waterblight's spear is much longer than the Lightscale Trident, leaving Mipha at a disadvantage.

"Oh, but in the Champion's Ballad you only have what the Champions had!"

YOU STILL PLAY AS LINK, WHO IS NOT THE CHAMPIONS?? HE FIGHTS DIFFERENTLY; HE HAS DIFFERENT SKILLS. LIKE IT OR NOT, THE BLIGHTS SAY NOTHING ABOUT THE CHAMPIONS SKILLS BECAUSE THEY WERE CREATED AS THE PERFECT ASSASSIN FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE CHAMPIONS.
