CHAPTER 23
real life!
MY MOM JUST GOT HOME so i crouched down beside her desk and waited for ryan to text me that she was coming inside. ryan didn't know if she was gonna go through the garage or the front door. we were both hoping she would go through the front but if she didn't. i would walk out of her office and into the kitchen.
ryan texted me and told me she was going through the garage. so i got ready to go into the kitchen, where she would bring the groceries in or whatever she had bought. a couple minutes later i heard the door that leads to the garage open and i heard my mom talking to ryan so i knew it was time for me to come out.
i very quietly tip- toed into the kitchen and lucky enough for me my mom was backwards so she didn't see me so i snuck up behind her "hi momma" i said hugging her from behind and that's when my mom freaked out " oh my goodness what are you doing here" my mom said in tears happy tears i hope
"surprise, just thought i would drop by and see you guys" i said giving my mom a hug
