he's a jerk but in a friendly way
i don't have a name for him yet but his alias is daymare and he has an illusion/hallucination quirk, idk how to explain it but he and mr. compress get along well
he has markings that twist and move around and they get more agitated when he uses his quirk
not exactly sure how old he is but around ash's and toga's age, he and ash burn stuff down together and he hangs out with the league even though he's not officially part of the lov (he kinda just wanders around and helps whoever he feels like helping, hence how he first met ash) and generally just causes trouble
he's also been known to help vigilantes and heroes if he feels like it
his and villain ash's quirks go well together in terms of their effects on people :)
