two boys arrived at a town , most of it was destroyed with disgusting creatures crawling everywhere with their brains exposed but even if they had a shape similar to a human body there were no signs of intelligence in their eyes unlike the chimera ants .

The only thing they're doing is smashing everything that crosses it's path like a brainless monster , yet even they are strong enough to defeat hunters , even if those hunters were low level hunters they were still hunters , much stronger than a normal human and most animals yet three of them were dead , two of them are on the verge of dying , and one of them was lucky enough to escape and infrom the two passing hunters , but not without injuries

lucky him , because the two boys were pretty well known hunters , being known after the chimera ant incident as prodigies of nen

gon punched them repeatedly but they don't seem to stay down as they only seem to stumble for a few seconds and attack him again while he is fighting another , so he decided to use scissors to slice their head of.'without the head they shouldn't be able to do anything'

the head came of easily , when the body stopped moving he moved on to the next one , but he started to see some familiar faces again after a while

there were 8 creatures , gon fought half and killua fought half they slice and punched them till they can't regenerate anymore

they both didn't know what to do, even when their nen improved so much from lasting only 30 minutes to 3 hours then now 7 , they also improved their skills , but they still can't make all the creatures stay down

( I'm not making them weak in anyway , I want them super op ٩۹(๑•̀ω•́ ๑)۶ , it's kinda cannon that they are stupid of finding weakness of things they never encountered? ( like in greed island arc killua can find blindspots, habits and weaknesses of people , but bisky had to it point out for them to use gyo to finally catch the creatures in greed island with out wasting so much nen ))

since they don't know what else to do they decided to just overwhelm them with power , those monsters can't regenerate forever , right ?

it wasn't that hard but there's a lot more of those mutants than just a few

they're both fighting their third one already there's still two left but there almost at their limit

suddenly black fog appeared

being cautious , gon and killua quickly hid themselves

a man ? with a metal collar around his neck emerged from the mist

" oh no , I accidentally sent the nomus to the wrong place... they caused such a ruckus "

he walked around , his eyes opened (kinda eyes ? the glowing yellow part ) wide from shock six of them are dead , how is that possible ? they were all prototypes made to defeat All Might , they aren't the strongest but they should still be enough to defeat an average hero easily , there were no burnt marks either ( dead cells can't regenerate )

he decided to take all the nomus back with him he made a portal and walked in , gon being gon quickly followed the mist man and killua being killua rolled his eyes and decided to follow gon

they arrived at a dark place , using zetsu and hiding behind the piles of dead nomus
