Chapter 17.

Chapter Seventeen

It's been a day since they got back from Maldives and Jennie is in Milan for a fashion week.
"How was Maldives?" Love asked as soon as Win entered his boutique
"You really have the guts to ask me that?" Win rolls his eyes
"Well, he was also there, right? I thought somehow it would make up for it." Love says and shrugs
"You thought wrong." Win says and he enters his office while Love is following him
"Anyway, I don't want to work today." Win says and sits on his swivel chair
"It's fine, there's nothing on your to-do list anyway." Love says
"Then you may go now, little girl." Win says and shoos her away
"I was about to ask you if we're already okay but never mind." Love rolled her eyes before leaving Win's office
Win just shakes his head in amusement
He puts his phone out from his pocket and calls New
"Hey, Thitipoom, wanna visit Tay today?" Win asked as soon as Newwie answered the call
"And why would I want to visit him?" New asks
"I don't know, you tell me. Why wouldn't you want to visit him?" Win asks emphasizing the word 'wouldn't'
"Fine, alright, but I'll drive." Newwie says
"Yeah, sure." Win says back
"It will take us an hour long if I let you drive." Newwie says then chuckles
"Whatever, you're just excited to see Tay." Win teases him back
"Oh, please." New rolled his eyes as if Win can see that
"I'll be there in a few minutes." New says and Win ends the call to get ready

They're now on the way to the studio.
"Metawin, just a random thought." Newwie said when they stopped at a red light
Win looks at him and waits for him to continue
"If you're not with Jennie right now, would you give Bright a go?" New asked and that caught Win off guard
"I mean, obviously there's something going down between Mew and Gulf, Gun and his shy ass doesn't know what to do with his feelings for Off then you know, me and Tay." Newwie winks at him while saying the last part
Win just shakes his head in amusement
New starts to drive again
"So?" New asks him
"Yeah, 'cause what's there not to like about him? He got everything." Win answered and New nodded at that
"And I also thought that it would be more fun if we all go in a trip again." New says
"What if I'll have an affair with him?" Win asks and waits for New's reaction
New stomps on the brake so hard
If Win is not wearing the seatbelt, his head would've hit the dashboard
"Gosh, New!" Win reacts
"You're having an affair with him?" Newwie got his eyes widened
"What? No! That's not what I said. I said, what if I'll have an affair with him? Future-tense, Thitipoom." Win repeated and emphasized the 'I'll'
Newwie sighs in relief and continues to drive
"Don't you dare, Win." Newwie says in full seriousness
Win simply swallows the lump in his throat
"Is it that bad?" Win asks
"Do you really have to ask that? Yes!" New answers
"You would never know how much it would hurt your partner. It could cost them everything." New added
"So, if your friend is a cheater, would you still consider them as your friend?" Win asks
Obviously, it's for him
"To be honest? No." Newwie's firm answer
"I wouldn't talk to them again if they did." Newwie added
"It's that bad for you, huh?" Win asks
"It's all or nothing to me." Newwie answers

After that long conversation, they reached
the studio.
"Oh, I bought some foods and it will be delivered later." Win said as New and him entered the studio
"New, Win!" Tay approaches them
"I'll just get something in my office." Bright said and went to his office
"Where's Lisa?" New asks
"In the dressing room." Tay responds
"Hey, guys." Off greets them
Mew also greets them, Win and Newwie greets them back
Win gives Bright's friends a signal that's saying 'I'll just go to his office'
The three of them nodded at him and distracted New
Win softly knocks at the door
"Come in." Bright says and Win enters his office
"You must be really that busy because you can't even send me a message me ever since we got back from Maldives." Win crosses his arms
Bright let out a heavy deep breath before looking at him
"What do you want, Win?" Bright asks
"I want you to talk to me, Bright." Win's firm answer
"Well, as you can see, I'm really that busy." Bright says emphasizing the last part
And he was about to walk pass Win but Win caught Bright's wrist that stops him from walking
"Baby, are you okay?" Win's voice was full of concern
"No." Bright says and removes Win's grip from his wrist
"Because of you I'm not." Bright added and Win was about to speak when a knock at the door cut him off
Bright opened it
"Oh, hey, Bright." New says with a smile
"New." Bright greets and smiles back
"The foods just arrived." New says
"Coming." Win nodded at him and followed New
"Hey, bro, let's eat." Tay says to Bright
"Not hungry but thanks though." Bright says and heads straight to the shoot area
Win simply sighs
Lisa is already there
"Ready?" Bright asks while fixing the angle of the camera
"Yes." Lisa answers with a smile then she starts to do some poses and Bright just keeps on taking pictures of her
Lisa's manager enters the studio, holding two boxes of pizza
"Bright, let's eat first. My manager brought pizza." Lisa says
"Sure, thanks." Bright says and the two of them goes to Lisa's manager
Win is slightly shocked by that
Bright's acting like that and he doesn't know why, makes his heart ache
"Thitipoom, let's go." Win emotionlessly says and gets out of the studio
"You should follow him now." Mew says
"Drive safely." Tay nodded at him
"Alright, we'll visit you again soon." New says and bids his goodbyes to them
As soon as New unlocked the car and Win got in
"What happened to you back there, Win?" New asks and turns on the ignition of his car
"Just remembered that I got a lot of works to do." Win answers while just looking at the window
Newwie simply sighs  and drives away from the studio
