A/N sorry I didn't update for a while. Writer's block was killing me. Hope you like this update and stay weird!
*Y/N POV*
I screamed. The Griever was almost on top of me, its biomechanical body pulsating in a menacing way. My ankle was shattered. I couldn't move. Just before it extended its stingers, I felt someone's strong arms pull me out of the way and to another part of the Maze.
*Newt POV*
I heard another piercing scream. "No, Y/N," I sobbed quietly, still awake while the other Gladers were asleep. Ben had comforted me for a while, but eventually he fell asleep. I was alone with my thoughts. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but imagine worst-case scenarios. Y/N could be dead, for all I knew! I worried for her more than I ever had for a Glader. Well, besides when George got stung. That hadn't been pretty.

*Y/N POV*

I found Minho. Well, more accurately, he found me. It turned out that Minho had been the one who grabbed me. He pulled me along the Maze floor. I could feel every small rock digging into my back. My ankle was throbbing. My whole body ached. I hoped we made it back in time. Just as the sun came out over the Maze walls, I blacked out.

*Newt POV*
The sun came out. Y/N and Minho were still in the Maze. "Hey Newt, you good man?" Ben asked me. "No, Ben, I'm not," I replied. "The love of my life is stuck in that Maze and probably NEVER COMING BACK OUT!!! So yeah, I'm not good." "Newt, calm down. She is my sister too so I care just as much for her." Ben said in a soothing voice. "Come here. Let's go get some breakfast." As we walked away, I saw something coming from the Doors.
