Donald and Douglas left Sodor in January 1973. The reason was because 2 engines were out on the mainland.
When they arrived,the trucks teased Douglas about the whole breakvan thing.
The engines were nice too and stood up for Douglas.
A few months later Donald and Douglas were ready to go back to Sodor. As the engines said goodbye,they never thought of what was going on the island. A power plant had been built and no one knew. As the twins went to their ways with the trains they said goodbye......
Little did they know it would be the last time they saw each other.
