Everyone was silent at the dining table. Fanny was just putting her confused look.

"Why you didn't tell me about her? Did you kidnapped her and make her lose her memory?" Silvanna asks with an annoying voice. Dyrroth sigh. Shit. Here we go again.

"I didn't know that she ran away. She just wander around and have a nice place to sleep. Why everyone keep on blaming me? Can't everyone just shut up?" Welp. That is why Dyrroth is so bitter. Alice taught him.

"I'm sorry, Aurelius. I—"

"And don't call me by that name. I hate it! Urgh. Everyone is getting on my nerves." Dyrroth wants to leave the room, but he stops as Fanny put her palm on his hands.

"I'm afraid... Sit with me please." Her eyes look very uncomfortable, which then Dyrroth decides to give up. He sigh before sits back. Tigreal decides to spit fire, but then Silvanna glare at him, making sure he is not doing anything stupid.

"So, Fanny. Are you sure you didn't remember anything about us?" She creases her forehead, but it makes Dyrroth nervous. He cursed under his breath. Tigreal would definitely killed him!

"No. Who are you guys?" She looks confused, yet smile genuinely.

"I am your brother, Fanny." Tigreal sigh. Fanny look at him onto his eyes. Slowly, she shook her head.

"I am sorry. I don't remember." She smiles. This was the second time Tigreal feel that he failed as a brother. The first time when he let Claude to knock up her, yet then he left her all alone without support.

What a failure brother he is. Tears starts to flow within his cheeks. He cover his face with his large palm.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Fanny looks confuse. But deep inside, she feel hurt too. As time passes, tears flow on her cheeks to. She snifs.

"No. Nothing. Just, Dyrroth. What happened earlier?"

"Hmm.  Alice told me to look in her memory, as she tried to kill herself before. I look at it and then... I forget the last part of the ritual and yeah. She lose her memory. But it is okay, as it would be back temporarily and slowly." He pats her back slowly, as his heart aches. All of her dark memories are so bad.

"What ritual? Maybe I can look for it and cancel it." Silvanna hits the table with some high spirit.

"I don't know. Maybe you could. Whatever. But now, she just remember me as her fiancee!" Dyrroth sigh, but it makes everyone on the table shocked.

"Eh? Am I not?" Fanny looks into his eyes, but it makes him uncomfortable yet guilty.

"No, it was just a misunder—"

But then, Fanny gets up from the chair.

"Liar. Everyone lies to me. Everyone hate me.  Let me die!" Fanny runs away. Dyrroth was surprised, so all the people. But, he gets up first to catch her up.

Fortunately, she did not remember to use cable and so any other weapon. So, it was easier to catch up on her. 

Upon reaches Fanny, Dyrroth pulls her towards him. Her eyes already swell. She looks really disappointed. Though, her tears was still flowing.

"Hey. I am sorry." He just can't belief that he add another heart aches moments for her.

"Go away. Why everyone hate me? You hate me too. Just let me die already." She tries to push him away, but could not. Her cries could not even stop.

Though she could not remember anything, her heart feel pain. It was so much pain that she can't tolerate anymore.

"I'm sorry, honey." He pulled her into a warm hug. Her tears stops, and she hugs him back. Dyrroth just smile awkwardly.

"Okay. Let's get this straight. Why does she thought that you are her fiancee? Is there anything particular about the ritual?" Dyrroth just shrug. He don't even know the effect of the chant. Only Alice and Selena would know. But yeah, the ignorant are fearless.

"Alright. Then. Do you like her?"

"Hell no. First thing first, it is not my child. Number two, I am too young for this. But, she do like me. I don't know. The way that her eyes glancre at me. It's like... We have met before." Dyrroth scratch his neck. He felt awkward. Luckily, Fanny already sleep in her room. At first, she insist on Dyrroth to sleep with her, but after a few session of talking, she understand.

"Hmm. It is weird. But you know, during the lunch until earlier. Granger kept on glaring at you." Tigreal sigh.

"Yeah I know dude. He was so creepy. His way of glare and his red eyes is so weird. He looks like he want to tear me apart. Grr." Dyrroth also notices it too. Everytime that death chanter glance at him, he get a goosebumps.

"Perhaps, he is jealous?" Smirking, Tigreal laugh in evil tone. Dyrroth rolls his eyes.

"Yeah, whatever. Just let them get marry. He would love to do so. Besides, her memory would be back later. Would it be... Hard for her if she regain her memory if we got married instead?" Dyrroth just smile, but it seems awkward.

"Maybe. I will talk to Fanny later. Now just rest my prince. Besides, Silvanna would tries her best to cure her. Don't worry. Also, thank you for take care of her. I appreciate it so much, prince." Tigreal bows.

"Alright then. I... Will check on my sister now." Awkwardly, he left.

Outside, Dyrroth walks slowly to the library, which Silvanna was there. With a huge eyebags under her eyes, she was still doing some research about the ritual.

"Hey. You should rest." Dyrroth sigh before gives a soft tap at his sister's shoulder.

"It is okay. I just don't want you to involve in any trouble." She smiles.

"I can talk to Alice later. Don't tired yourself up." He scratch his neck.

"But Aurelius, let me ask you something."

"......"

"Do you somehow... In love with Fanny?"

"Don't be ridiculous. Also, I am not Aurelius. I'm leaving." Dyrroth left the library without any concern.

He sigh. He lays his back on the library's door.

"Why this feeling keeps me uneasy? Why I don't want her to remember back? Am I...? Hah. Ridiculous." Dyrroth shook his head before left.

The only reason he is here now just to give back Fanny to her brother and friends. Also, he hopes that he would gain her memory back. He would not be bother if Granger would always by her side, right?
