He is mute (duh what do you think?) And his mask he record people voices so he can talk through it. (Oh and lets just say he landed here for a long time! So he knows a lot he just doesn't go out often until he goes to beacon) And he can change to bi-pedal form, Car form, or etc as he like. But he mostly stay in car form but he does be in his holo-form.
