"I'm coming right now"He added as I heard the car start - "Okay Ms.Fletcher it looks like placenta previa basically it's where the placenta blocks the crevix so we are going to have to do a emergency c-section"The doctor explained making me cry
"I'm so sorry I should've stayed off my feet like the doctor said"I said as Dave wiped my eyes
"Stop crying it's not your fault"He said as he hugged me
"Dad you are welcome into the room but we have to move quickly because the baby could possibly be in respiratory distress"He explained as some nurses walked in
"Okay really quickly we are going to give you an CSE so please relax"Once nurse said
I relaxed my body as much as possible
"Dave he has to be okay he just has too"I said laying back down as a nurse put a hair net over my hair
"He will be stop stressing"He said holding my hand
"Okay ready"The nurse asked as she wheeled me out my room
I didn't say anything I just looked at Dave as he put the suit on the nurse gave him
Once we made it to the O.R. most of the nurses left
"Okay Ms.Fletcher can you feel this"He asked
"Barley"I said trying to look over the thing in front of me
"Okay here we go"He said before I felt a little pinch
The worked for about 8 minutes before he held up Da'Vani for Dave to cut the cord
"Why isn't he crying"I said as they put him down
"Everythings going to be alright mama"A nurse said wiping my tears
"He just needed a little oxygen that's all"The doctor said handing him to Dave
I smiled as I heard his whines fill the room
"He's 5 pounds 10 ounces 18 inches The nurse announced handing him to Dave
"He looks just like Da'Vani"Dave said as he held him next to me
I smiled looking at him he was so perfect
"He's okay we're okay"I mumbled to myself relaxing
"Yes yall are okay"Dave said kissing my forehead
"Congratulations"Everyone said in unison making Dave laugh
