a: one per genre
q: what will we be judged on?

q: when will winners be announced/submissions close?
a: submissions will close for each genre as they get filled up, but see the schedule chapter for more information on scheduling!
q: can i submit and judge?
a: yes!! we encourage you to, actually! please don't judge for the category you participate in, though
q: how many chapters/words should my book have?
a: a minimum of 4 chapters (including prologues/epilogues, but not any multimedia [aesthetics/character bios/etc]) for novels, a minimum of 4k words for a short story, and a minimum of 4 poems for a poetry collection!
q: what happens if my genre isn't full by the time judging starts?
a: you just have less competition to win! if your book is the only book in a certain genre, the first place sticker/prizes for that genre automatically go to you! HOWEVER, a judge will still be judging your book in order to find out if you were one of our top three winners overall!
