We watched Katniss Everdeen,
Fought in the Hunger Games where all was seen.
We read about Clary Fray,
As her life tuned to color from grey.
We read about cancer and love,
While she gave herself the biggest shove.
Authors give the best hooks,
Which leads us to read these amazing books.
We make all these new friends,
To think it soon it all ends.
But they were so very clever,
Because little did they know,
They will stay with us forever.
