It was episode 21 when Dog went with Carol.
She is sitting on the couch with Dog and cuddling with him. She says she doesn't need an apology from him because it won't change anything. But she misses him very much. Carol goes to sleep, even if it's still light outside, but she's just so tired. Daryl is still outside and his motorcycle is broken. He can't fix it. He misses Carol extremely and regrets what he said so much. He goes home on foot. Back again he meets Jerry and asks him if Carol is here. Jerry nods and says that she may be asleep. Daryl goes to her house, opens the door and walks in slowly. He continues to the bedroom. It's already dark now. When he comes in he sees Carol and dog lying back to back. He pauses for a while to just look at it and smiles the whole time. He thinks how beautiful she is when she sleeps. He sneaks in and crouches next to the bed. He takes Carol's hand and caresses it gently. He imagines what if she doesn't forgive him. At some point dog wakes up and licks her face. She says bad dog twice but she doesn't notice that Daryl is there too. When she is really awake and sees him, she is frightened at first. She asks what he's doing here. He doesn't let go of her hand and says that he can't take it without her. He tells her that he loves her more than anything. She lets her head fall back on the pillow and briefly closes her eyes. She opens it again and tells him that it hurt her very much. But let him hold her hand. They keep talking. .
Daryl says: please stop being mad at me and start loving me. She says: I already did. That's why it hurts so much. Daryl has tears in his eyes. He says that he will do everything to make her forgive him. She looks at him and says: I will. All you have to do is kissing me right now.
He does it.
And then they fall asleep together.
