"If it wasn't for your actions, the entire team would have died. Including myself. It took a lot of courage to do what you did." He said. "Sir, thank you very much for your praise but I disobeyed your direct command. That is hardley praise worthy." You said. "Maybe so, but a true soldier knows that sometimes their commanding officer can be wrong, and they also know that disobeying, while frowned upon, may be nessacary. You took control of a situation that I wasn't handling properly, you did it with finnese, and integrity. I could not be more proud of the cadet you have become."

This left you at a loss for words. You could've sworn you were going to get reamed out for this decision but no, your commander was praising you. This was new, very new. "Thank you, sir!" You said quietly.

"(F/N) there is something I would like to talk to you about before you go." He said turning away from you. You could've sworn a blush spread across his cheeks.
"Yes, sir?"
"Pardon me for being so foward, but I quite enjoy you." You tilted your head to the side. Was he saying what you thought he was? No, he couldn't be. You were just a lowly cadet, and he was a supieror commanding officer. "You graduated top of your class, you've racked up more kills than even the most trained soldiers. Your actions today have proved to me that you are one of humanities strongest soldiers." He looked directly at you, and his gaze was intense. "Well, thank you commander. You said, struggling to find your voice. He knelt down so he was at eye level with you.
"For quite some time I have admired you, not only as a soldier but as a person, as a woman." You were truly at a loss for words now. He purred as he placed his hands on your shoulders and began to rub. "Commander Erwin may I ask what you're trying to say to me, sir?" You stammered out faintly. He chuckled and spoke the words you never thought would come from him. Not in reality.
"I'm in love with you, (F/N)(L/N). I have been since you became a cadet." You turned to look up at him, in pure shock. Within moments his lips came crashing upon yours and you were enveloped in his strong embrace. It didn't take long for you to kiss back, Erwin noticed that and deepened the kiss.
The two of you panted and clawed at each other until Erwin pulled away. "(F/N) I would love to celebrate the mutual feelings as well as your victory if you don't mind." He said while holding you. You looked into his eyes and smiled, already knowing what he had in mind. "I would truly love that, sir."
